Today I am joined by Dimitrios Perdikoulis.
Dimitrios has a real passion for people first culture and particularly how to blend people first culture with high performance.
Having spent some time playing at a Semi-Professional level of football in Europe, before moving into a professional career in sales and operations, Dimitrios knows all about the pressures of high-performance.
We explored that idea and compared the linear definition of high-performance often synonymous with professional sport, with the more holistic view of high-performance taking into about all aspects of life and work.
We also had a bit of fun unpacking a handful of culture myths, present in mainstream thinking within regards to organisational culture.
As always, I really enjoyed this conversation and I hope you do too.
Founder of performance consulting platform, EYP (www.embraceyourprocess.com), Dimitrios is a multilingual operations professional who has worked with senior leaders and C-suite executives in Spain, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong, while spending 15 years in Africa, 10 years in Europe and the last 3.5 years in Asia. Fun fact: Dimitrios has played football at a semi-professional level and loves CrossFit.
